Rummy Gold Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Pakistan's Betting Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rummy Gold online betting and gaming platform, accessible at rummygold.click ("the Platform"). Rummy Gold operates as an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, crash games, virtual sports and esports betting services to users in Pakistan.

Throughout these Terms, "Rummy Gold", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the platform operator. "You" and "your" refer to the registered account holder. "Platform" refers to the rummygold.click website and all associated services.

These Terms apply to every product and service offered on the Rummy Gold Platform. Specific sections — such as those covering betting rules, bonus terms or casino game rules — may have supplementary terms that apply alongside these general Terms. Where a conflict exists, the supplementary terms specific to a product will take precedence over these general Terms for that product only.

Rummy Gold reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to create and use a Rummy Gold account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited or restricted in a way that would make your use of the Platform unlawful.
• Not be a current employee, officer, agent or close family member of a Rummy Gold employee in a role that could provide an unfair advantage.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order initiated through Rummy Gold's responsible gaming tools.

Rummy Gold may request verification of age and identity at any point. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend or close the account in question and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active Rummy Gold account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Rummy Gold login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Rummy Gold will never ask for your full password via email, phone or chat. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Rummy Gold may request identity verification documents at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4 Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the source. Rummy Gold does not accept cash deposits.

Rummy Gold does not charge deposit fees from our side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on Rummy Gold — deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. The balance displayed in your account is your actual PKR balance.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified. Withdrawal requests submitted before identity verification is complete may be held pending until verification is finalised. Rummy Gold targets same-day processing for verified accounts submitting requests during business hours, though processing times may extend to 24–48 hours during peak periods.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Rummy Gold does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

5.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds credited as bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the relevant bonus terms. Real-money deposits made alongside bonuses are withdrawable subject to standard processing, but withdrawal of a deposit before bonus wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Rummy Gold offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing users from time to time. The specific terms — including eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are published with each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance, which is separate from the real-money balance. Wagers are deducted from the real-money balance first before drawing on the bonus balance.
• Each bonus is available once per person, per household address and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Rummy Gold reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bets placed or in progress at the time a promotion is modified or cancelled will be settled under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or any other behaviour Rummy Gold determines constitutes abuse — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Free bet credits expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired free bets are removed from the account without replacement.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is accepted and binding only when confirmed by Rummy Gold's system and a bet reference number is generated. Bets placed via the Rummy Gold platform are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled except where an explicit cashout option is available and exercised before the market closes.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stake

The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. Rummy Gold reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits where there is evidence of matched betting, arbitrage, or other market-exploiting behaviour.

7.3 Odds

Odds displayed are indicative until a bet is confirmed. During fast-moving in-play markets, prices can change between selection and confirmation. Rummy Gold will notify you if the price has moved unfavourably at the time of confirmation, at which point you may choose to accept the new price or cancel the bet. For unfavourable price movements above a configurable threshold, Rummy Gold defaults to declining the bet at the original price and prompting you to reselect.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, cancelled or postponed without a valid result being determined.
• The bet was placed in error at an obviously incorrect price (palpable error).
• The result cannot be verified from official sources within a reasonable timeframe.
• The market was opened or offered in error by Rummy Gold.

Voided bets are returned as the original stake to your balance. Accumulators containing a voided selection are recalculated with that leg removed.

7.5 Palpable Errors

Rummy Gold reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — for example, a match winner priced at 1.01 when the actual market price should be 2.50. We will take reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly, and affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.6 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to suspension during key moments in a match (wickets, goals, VAR reviews, DRS). Bets accepted during a suspension period due to a technical fault may be voided. Rummy Gold's in-play settlement is based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body.

8 Casino and Crash Games

Rummy Gold's casino and crash game offerings — including live dealer tables, slot titles and crash game variants — are powered by certified third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics independently audited for fairness.
• Crash games display a provably fair hash sequence that allows results to be independently verified.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game or crash round, Rummy Gold's system records the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Reconnecting to the same session will allow the game to be completed. Where a reconnection is not possible, the game is resolved according to the recorded state.
• Jackpot and special feature wins in slot games that exceed the published maximum win for that title will be capped at the stated maximum.
• Rummy Gold reserves the right to remove or replace casino game titles with reasonable notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rummy Gold platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in your favour. Any such bugs should be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting or any systematic strategy that exploits price discrepancies between markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion with other players on the Platform, including in live dealer games.
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity or depositing with payment methods not registered in your name (money laundering).
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or other tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Providing false identity documents during verification.
• Creating multiple accounts, whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other purpose.
• Attempting to access or interfere with other users' accounts.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Rummy Gold reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at our discretion, including where:

• There is evidence of a breach of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• The account holder requests voluntary closure or self-exclusion.
• Verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account would expose Rummy Gold to regulatory or legal risk.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposit funds — may be forfeited in cases involving fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct. Where closure is initiated by the user, real-money balance remaining after applicable wagering requirements are met will be returned via the registered withdrawal method.

Rummy Gold will provide a reason for account suspension or closure wherever legally and operationally possible. Appeals can be submitted to support@rummygold.click and will be reviewed within 10 business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

14 Amendments to These Terms

Rummy Gold may amend these Terms at any time. Minor amendments — such as clarifications, corrections or formatting changes that do not materially affect user rights — will be published with an updated revision date and will take effect immediately.

Material changes that substantially affect user rights or obligations will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a material change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
